The Freedom Foundation is focused on building a dedicated monument to honor Culpeper born USCTs during the Civil War.

Below is the groundbreaking at the site of the The Maddenville Historic Site in Lignum, Virginia to honor USCTs who gave the last full measure of devotion near Madden’s Tavern.
